Larry Samuel Perkins Sr., 76 of Keysville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Nov. 29.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Samuel and Perley H. Perkins and sisters, Deloris P. Newcomb and Betty P. Bowman.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Joanne G. Perkins; two sons, Larry Samuel Perkins Jr. (Leslie) and Richard Anthony Perkins Sr. (Janet); eight grandchildren, Dustin, Chase, Perley Grace, and Faith Perkins, Brittnay Hill (Jared), Kelsey Shook (James), Maryelizabeth Harris (Noah) and Richard Anthony Perkins Jr. (Jacob); six great grandchildren, Colton Hill, Blair, Thomas, and Carleigh Shook, Isabella and Declan Harris.

Memorial contributions may be made to Charlotte County Rescue Squad.
