Mr. Walter William White, Jr., also known as “Short Dog”, age 49 of Charlotte Court House, died on April 9, 2018 at his residence. He was the son of Mrs. Dorothy White of Charlotte Court House and the late Mr. Walter W. White, Sr.
He is survived by his loving mother, Dorothy M. White of Charlotte Court House; his devoted son, William Travis White (Katelyn) of Victoria; one sister, Nan W. Lambert (Luther) of Saxe; one brother, Tyrone White of Maryland; two nieces, Kimberly Lambert and Tyra White , both of Maryland; two nephews, Luther Lambert, Jr. (Cassandra) of Evergreen and Michael (Mira) of Norfolk; one aunt, Rose E. White of Charlotte Court House; a devoted second-mom, Mary Hamlett of Charlotte Court House; and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the chapel of Jeffress Funeral Home in Brookneal with interment in Union Cemetery in Charlotte Court House.
