Eureka and Phenix Elementary School after school daycare will open Thursday, April 12.

Hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

There will be limited enrollment at each location. Eureka will be limited to 20 slots and Phenix will be limited to nine slots.

Daily health screenings will occur before entering daycare room. Masks must be worn by all students and staff. Six feet of social distancing will be observed

A new application must be on file prior to enrollment. Applications can be found on the CCPS website or at the school. Completed applications can be submitted to ap@ccpsmail.com or the school.
