The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery of the Wylliesburg Dollar General located at 10 Hebron Church Rd, Saxe, that occurred Friday, Oct. 16, at around 10:30 p.m.

According to investigators, two individuals entered the store wearing masks and gloves. One of the suspects was armed with a firearm, the other with a knife.  An unknown amount of cash was taken.

Employees were still in the store at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.

A reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved with this crime.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office and ask to speak to an investigator.
