Charlotte Primary Care (CPC) will host a program honoring community first responders from 12:00-3:00 p.m. on Aug. 6. Part of a national campaign to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s Health Centers and the dedicated staff who bring health care to the medically underserved the event will be held at the health center located at 165 LeGrande Avenue, Charlotte Court House.

CPC is part of Central Virginia Health Services (CVHS), a nonprofit community health center and is Virginia’s oldest community health center. Along with other health care safety net providers, the health center plays in key role in the community’s health. CPC takes most insurance plans and offers an income based discount for services for low income families.
