MONTHLY MEETING, 10 a.m. of the Southern Virginia GO Region 3 Executive Committee at the offices of the Halifax County IDA, 1100 Confroy Drive, South Boston. The meeting is open to the public; a closed session may be part of the agenda.

CHRISTMAS CAROLING, 6:30 p.m. Meet at Providence Baptist Church.

DECEMBER 21 

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM, 5 p.m. at Mt. Carmel UMC. A covered-dish dinner following the program. Come and join us to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. “O, Come Let Us Adore Him.”

DECEMBER 22 

CANDLELIGHT SERVICE, 7 p.m. at Wylliesburg Baptist Church, 655 Barnesville Highway. Everyone welcome.

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM, after the morning service at Galilee Baptist Church, Randolph.

CHRISTMAS PLAY, 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Wylliesburg. Come out and worship with us and support us in this joyous occasion. All are welcome.

DECEMBER 24 

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE, 5 p.m. at Keysville United Methodist Church, 9290 Church Street, Keysville.

CHRISTMAS EVE CANDLELIGHT SERVICE, 5:30 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church.

CHRISTMAS EVE PROGRAM, 7 p.m. at St. Andrews Baptist Church in Cullen.

JANUARY 11 

INTERFAITH DEVOTIONAL, 7 p.m. for followers of all Faiths and none at 771 Greenfield Road, Charlotte Courthouse. Prayers, music, socializing and refreshments. “So powerful is the light of unity that it can illuminate the whole earth” – Baha’u’llah.
