A Keysville man was indicted in Charlotte County Circuit Court on April 4 on three separate charges, all pertaining to child sex. According to the Virginia Courts Case Information System, Ryan Lee Norton was indicted on an aggravated sexual battery charge of a minor 13 years or younger, one charge of sodomy of a victim less than 13 years old by a suspect over  14 years old and a charge of sexual assault by object on a victim under 13 years old by a suspect over 18 years old. According to the system, the offenses took place on October 1, 2012.
