Rebecca Weston Jackson, 85 of Red Oak, passed away on Friday, March 1. She was born on Oct. 21, 1938 in Charlotte County. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Winn Pass; husband, Charles D. Weston; and sister, Frances Law. 

Rebecca is survived by her children, Debra W. Lacks (Douglas) of Red Oak, Daniel Paul Weston (Faye) of Red Oak and Melissa W. Hudson (Danny) of Oxford; grandchildren, Christopher Lacks (Brittany), David Lacks (Allyson), Curtis Weston, Travis Weston, Jason Weston, Eric Weston and Sarah Hudson; and great-grandson, Ryan Lacks. She is also survived by her brother, David Ray Newcomb; half-brothers, Charles Pass and Louis Pass; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 3, at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church in Red Oak. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions in her memory to the Bacon District Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 45, Wylliesburg, Virginia 23976.
