Statesmen tennis team keeps perfect record

The Randolph-Henry varsity girls tennis team improved its record to 5-0 with two wins this past week.

Tuesday May 4, the Lady Statesmen hosted Heritage (Lynchburg) and traveled to Prince Edward County High School Thursday, May 6.

Randolph-Henry defeated Heritage (Lynchburg) 8-1.

Thursday, May 6, The Lady Statesmen had another 9-0 win at Prince Edward County High School.

The Lady Statesmen have four matches scheduled in the next five days. Monday May 10, hosted Halifax County High School. Tuesday, May 11, the team traveled to Goochland.

Randolph-Henry will finish its week with a home match Thursday against Buckingham and will travel to Lynchburg to play Heritage Friday, May 14.
