William Louis Morton Jr., 42 of Keysville, passed away on April 30, in Charlotte Court House. He was the son of William Louis Morton Sr. and Gail Morton.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark A. Giles Jr.

He is survived by his parents, William and Gale Morton of South Boston; four children, William Morton III and Anthony Morton of Burkeville and TaNiyah Reid and Kamiyah Morton of Keysville; three sisters, LaNora Giles of Richmond, Cassandra Hurt (Johnny) of Powhatan and Khea Morton of Buena Vista; one brother, Chris Jackson (Nikesha) of Germany; god mother, Edith Powell (Wayne) of Meherrin; special friend, LaTisha Brooks of Keysville and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 8, at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews Baptist Church Cemetery in Cullen. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
