The Keysville Library has expanded its hours of operation, and is open Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Keysville Library is now open each weekday, from 10 a.m. to 6 pm.
All four Charlotte County Library locations are open on a full schedule, offering curbside as well as in-person services. The libraries are making sure masks are worn and that distancing guidelines are followed. Computer workstations and other shared areas are being disinfected and returned books and other materials are quarantined to make sure they are safe to be handled by the next patron.
The libraries are also now offering a limited number of circulating mobile hotspots, to allow patrons to connect mobile devices to the internet in areas not served by other broadband connections. They may be checked out with your library card. These hotspots are designed for school assignments and other education-related uses. Hotspots run on either the US Cellular or Verizon cellular network. For more information, call the Main Library at (434) 542-5247.
