Davis running for GOP chairman
Dear Editor,
My name is Noah Davis, and I am officially announcing that I am seeking the position of Chairman of The Charlotte County Republican Committee.
Even though Charlotte County votes almost 70% Republican, Over the last few years I have personally witnessed apathy and decay of our local party. My goals are to increase outreach and participation in the local party, and promote transparency in our nominations and processes.
I am a life-long resident of Charlotte County, I have been active in the local Republican Party since 2010, and I was also elected to the town council of Drakes Branch in 2014. I believe I have the experience and knowledge needed to grow our local party.
I humbly ask for your vote at the Charlotte County Republican Mass Meeting, which will be held at the old courthouse building on March 5, at 7 p.m. All Republicans in Charlotte County are encouraged to attend this meeting, as it is your right to choose a chairman for the county party.
Noah J. Davis
