Fourth graders at Eureka Elementary are becoming better writers. One assignment the students really liked included writing a paper and making a collage honoring an important person in their lives. Each student gave an oral presentation in class. The students read their paper to their peers and explained three items on their collage. The projects were on display in the hallway for several weeks. Numerous staff members, students and visitors enjoyed reading and admiring the students’ work.
