Randolph-Henry High School (R-HHS) has a brand-new attendance incentive this year called “BE HERE TO GET THERE.”

For the first grading period, 328 students out of a population of 540 students qualified for the incentive. In order to receive an invitation to the first event, students needed two or fewer absences for the first nine weeks. Approximately 80 students on this list exceeded the school’s goal by earning perfect attendance for the first grading period.

To honor these individuals, R-HHS hosted its first outdoor movie night on the front lawn providing popcorn, pizza, sodas and prizes raffled off throughout the night. The R-HHS staff felt the event was a huge success and they look forward to the chance to continue to reward excellent “work ready” attendance this year. Go Statesmen.
