Charlotte Primary Care (CPC) welcomes Dr. Francis Babaran to its existing health care team. The team provides high-quality dental services to new and existing patients.

Babaran received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Virginia the Commonwealth University and earned a doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Babaran has experience in extractions, removable, operative, endodontics pediatric care, geriatric care and providing high quality dental care.

Babaran is excited to be working in the Charlotte community.

CPC is part of Central Virginia Health Services (CVHS), a nonprofit community health center. CPC offers a full range of family medical and dental services. Community health centers like CPC are community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve populations who have limited access to health care; because of geography, lack of insurance, poverty or other factors. Along with other health care safety net providers, the health center plays a key role in the community’s health by keeping high quality health care affordable and providing an integrated practice that includes a variety of primary care services. CPC takes most insurance plans and offers income-based discounts for services for low-income families.

Call the CPC office at (434) 542-5560 to make an appointment to see Dr. Babaran. For additional information, contact Amanda Palmore, director of marketing and government affairs, at (434) 960-8315.
