Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Chris Kesler and Associate Pastor John Puig, adults and youth from Midway Baptist Church in Phenix recently helped Phenix Elementary School (PES) gear up for the new school year.

During two teacher workdays, members from the church helped teachers move furniture, put up bulletin boards and more.

Outside they spruced up the grounds by mulching and weeding and provided lunch for the school staff both days.
