A revised first draft of the Keysville Comprehensive Plan is set to go before the committee overseeing the plan on April 25. The presentation will include final survey results, which were collected in full at the end of March, according to Commonwealth Regional Council (CRC) Deputy Director Todd Fortune in an April 9 memorandum.

A draft of Phase I of the Keysville Comprehensive Plan was presented to the committee at the end of March. Committee members reviewed the draft and recommended changes.
The March meeting also reviewed preliminary survey results from citizens, collected over the past several weeks.

The CRC estimated that it received a total of 31 completed paper surveys from town staff around March 14, and 34 additional completed paper surveys CRC staff collected at the meeting March 28.
“The deadline for completing the online survey was moved back one week to March 29, to give residents more time to complete their electronic surveys,” the memorandum cited.
A comprehensive plan offers the town a vision for its future, and provides a set of guidelines that can help the area reach its goals.
