Violet Daniels Bonds, age 89 formerly of Charlotte Court House, died on January 12, 2019 in Bronx, New York. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Daniels, Sr. and Mrs. Louise Hamlet Daniels.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John Bond; brothers, Roger Daniels and Thomas Daniels, Jr; her sisters, Dorothy Braxton, Effie Wilson, Eunice Holland, Mildred Moss, and Eva Monroe.
She is survived by one sister, Leola D. Taylor of Fayetteville, North Carolina; her devoted caregivers, nieces, Kathryn Holland and Vanessa Holland of Bronx, New York; nephews, Harold Holland, Jr. of Harlem, New York and Tyrone Glasgow (Helen) of New Brunswick, New Jersey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 26, at noon at St. Louis Baptist Church in Charlotte Court House with interment in the church cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
