R-H fall sports awards

Randolph-Henry High School (R-H) recently held its Fall Sports Awards Banquet during which team awards were handed out.
Randolph-Henry High School 2018 varsity golf team honorees included, pictured above,
from left, sophomore Jordan Colbert, Best All-Around Player; senior Larkin Jackson,
MVP; senior Skylar Lacks, MVP; and sophomore Brenden Francisco, Most Improved
Player.
For the school’s varsity golf team, Skylar Lacks and Larkin Jackson were each named Most Valuable Player (MVP), Jordan Colbert was named Best All-Around Player and Brenden Francisco was named Most Improved Player.

For the R-H varsity football team, Ryan Skipper was named MVP, Layton Payne received the 100 Percent Award, and Isaiah Brown was named Most Improved.

country teams, Travis Adams was named MVP for the boys squad, and Olivia Nelson was named MVP for the girls squad. Additionally, Matthew Aydlett was named Most Improved for the boys, and Hannah Shay was named Most Improved for the girls. Billy French and Lindy Newcomb were each Coaches Award recipients.
For the R-H varsity girls volleyball team, three players each earned a Coaches Award. They included Morgan Mason, Michaela Miller and Leighan Payne.
Four student-athletes also earned recognition at the junior varsity level.
For the R-H junior varsity football team, the title of MVP went to Russell Thompson, and the 100 Percent Award went to Dagen Crews.
