Randolph-Henry boys and girls cross country teams

Randolph-Henry High School’s varsity boys and girls cross country teams have given previews during the 2018 regular season of what they are capable of, as runners aim to set new personal-best times during the postseason. At the invitational held at Fork Union Military Academy on Oct. 3, Randolph-Henry’s boys team placed second in the eight-team James River District field, and the girls team placed third in the girls’ eight-team district field. The Statesmen and Lady Statesmen will compete next in a meet Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at Nottoway High School. Opposing teams will include the Cougars and Lady Cougars as well as the boys and girls teams from Prince Edward County High School and Goochland High School.
