Randolph-Henry High School’s varsity girls volleyball team experienced both sides of a straight-sets match last week, taking its record to 1-2 overall after opening the season Aug. 28 with a loss. On Thursday, the Lady Statesmen hosted Amelia County High School and fell 3-0. But two days earlier, the girls traveled to Prince Edward County High School and returned home with a 3-0 win.
