Adams leads R-H on regional track

Randolph-Henry High School had three representatives at the Region 2A outdoor track and field championships on May 23 in Richmond. Producing the best finish out of the trio was Travis Adams, pictured above, who finished seventh in the boys 3,200-meter run with a personal season-best time of 11 minutes and 11.57 seconds. Masud Benu recovered from a fall to place eighth in the boys 300-meter hurdles with a 47.55-second finish, and Roger Currin finished 10th in the 3,200 with a personal season-best time of 11:30.70.
