Phenix Elementary second-graders were privileged to have retired teacher, Dr. Nancy Carwile visit their classroom to read to them. Dr. Carwile read the book entitled, “The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.” She talked about bullying and how the wolf was a bully in the story. A book was given to each student by the Charlotte County Retired Teachers. Pictured is Dr. Carwile reading to students. We commend Dr. Carwile and the Charlotte County Retired Teachers for continuing to share their love of reading with students.
