Gertie Moon Fallen, formerly of Saxe, celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends on Nov. 21. She was born and raised in Saxe and is a 1935 graduate of Drakes Branch High School. She has two sons, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She currently resides at Morningside of Bellgrade assisted living in Midlothian, Virginia.
