Thought for the week: if you have family that love you, a few good friends, food on your table and a roof over your head, you are richer than you think.
EMOTIONS
The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious, the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of true art and true science. I don’t want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them to enjoy them and to dominate them.
The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it. If you want to have a life that is worth living, a life that expresses your deepest feelings, emotions, cares and dreams, you have to fight for it.
The worst pain in the world goes beyond the physical. Even further beyond any other emotional pain one can feel. It is the betrayal of a friend and when someone lies and spreads rumors about you, judging you without knowing the real truth. You are just as bad as the person spreading rumors.
When you dominate other people’s emotions, the time has to come when you will have to pay heavily for that privilege. Remember we all will be judged in the end, so don’t do anything to anyone you don’t want done or said about you.Control your emotions, sit back and watch. Don’t repeat what you heard, not the truth nor a lie, cause a lie can affect your emotions and your life.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, from my family to yours. I hope all of you have a wonderful day and spend time with family and loved ones.
