It is time to start thinking about sleigh bells, marching bands and the sound of children’s laughter filling the air with the merriment and wonder that only a Christmas parade can bring. Plans for the annual Keysville Christmas Parade are underway. The parade will be held Friday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. with line up beginning at 6 p.m.
