Bettie Lou Hubbard, age 73, of Red House, died on Saturday, May 27, 2017, in Appomattox.

She is survived by a son, Anthony Lee Hubbard of the residence; four grandchildren, LeShae, Maliek, Talia, and Marques all of Appomattox; a sister, Deaconess Mary Bolden (Henry); a brother, Bobby Hubbard of Red House; a devoted niece, Pamela Miller (Glen) and nephew, Christopher Bolden (JaVera) of Red House; several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Red House with interment in the church cemetery.
