A man and woman from Pamplin face charges of possession of a controlled substance and possess-distribute controlled paraphernalia after police in Charlotte County responded to a complaint at a playground in Keysville recently.

Twenty-six year old Joshua Wilkins and 29-year-old Kayla Wilkins were arrested April 21 following an investigation, according to a press release and arrest report from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

As of last Friday, Joshua was being held without bond in the Charlotte County Jail and Kayla was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond, according to the release.

The two individually face one charge of possession of a controlled substance and possess-distribute controlled paraphernalia.
