Eighteen-year-old Randolph-Henry High School senior James Bouie created a special work of art as an entry for the Longwood Center for the Visual Arts’ (LCVA) Youth Expo. Last year, Bouie was one of 47 participants selected to feature his work on display in the Hull Education Center at Longwood for one year.
