Shavonda Latrice Baker Pannell, 34, of Appomattox, died Monday, October 31, 2016 in Charlottesville.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Maglene Baker of Appomattox; one brother. Delroy Baker of Appomattox; her grandmother, Mary C. Baker of Appomattox; Godparents, Sonny and Cleo Rather of Baltimore, MD; Godson, MarTavis Buck of Lynchburg; two step-sisters, Trinia Lee of Baltimore, MD and Juanita Jennings of Appomattox; three aunts, Laverne Lee (James), Margaret Wright (Joe), and Helen Baker all of Appomattox; three uncles, Joe Baker of Lynchburg, Stanley Baker of Pamplin, and Roy Baker (Kitty) of Baltimore, MD; caregiver, Rosa Napier of Appomattox, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral services was held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 8 at the Jesus Center in Appomattox with interment in the church cemetery.
