Thought for the Week: When you have lost hope, you have lost everything. When you think all is lost, when all is dreary and bleak, there is always hope.

Your body hears everything your mind says. You know, all that really matters is that the people you love are happy and healthy. Everything else is just sprinkles on the sundae.

When you are young and healthy, it never occurs to you that in a single second your whole life could change. To keep your body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

The way you think and the way you eat can possibly influence your life by 30-50 years. The minute anyone’s getting anxious, I say, you must eat and you must sleep.

They are the two vital elements for a healthy life: your heart and soul. My personal goals are to be happy, healthy and to be surrounded by loved ones. It takes more than just a good-looking body. You have got to have the heart and soul to go with it.

If you are happy, if you are feeling good, then nothing else matters. Be healthy and happy.
