It is not too late to take a class at Southside Virginia Community College this semester.  Students can catch up or get a head-start with eight week classes beginning the week of March 14.

New offerings include online classes that can be taken from any computer.

The classes are intermediate accounting II, specialized software applications, principles of microeconomics, college composition I, survey of African American literature II, ethics, principles of psychology and religions of the world. 

The Christanna Campus in Alberta is offering developmental chemistry for health sciences, intro to computer applications and concepts and college skills. Students can also begin registration for summer classes on March 14. For information about SVCC, visit www.southside.edu.
