The Charlotte County Board of Supervisors presented Charlotte County Sheriff Thomas Jones with a resolution honoring the 250th anniversary of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department. According to the resolution, Jones is currently the longest-serving sheriff currently in office in Virginia.
