USDA Rural Development offers home mortgages

USDA Rural Development is offering a subsidized housing program designed to assist low-income, creditworthy families and individuals in purchasing existing or building new homes in rural areas. 

To qualify, applicants must meet the low-income limit for the county in which they would reside; have acceptable credit history and meet certain debt-to-income ratios. Terms include no down payment with 33-year fixed rate.
