VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital in South Hill welcomes nurse practitioner Teresa Parham to its family of healthcare providers. 

Parham comes to VCU Health CMH with over 24 years of experience with her most recent employment as a nurse practitioner and triage manager at Raleigh Neurology Associates in Raleigh, N.C. She has also been employed by Duke University in Durham, N.C., and Granville Medical Center in Oxford, N.C.

Parham received an associates degree of nursing from Vance-Granville Community College, a bachelor of science in nursing degree from Barton College in Wilson, N.C., and a master of science in nursing degree from the Duke University School of Nursing in Durham, N.C. 

Parham is currently working at two VCU Health CMH locations, including CMH Family Care in South Hill on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and the Clarksville Primary Care Center on Wednesdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. To schedule an appointment with Parham in South Hill call (434) 584-0046, and in Clarksville call (434) 374-2773.
