Mrs. Mabel Dennis Carrington, age 92 of Cullen, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Mr. George and Mrs. Pinkie Dennis and the wife of the late Mr. Herbert C. Carrington.

She is survived by a son, Pierre Carrington of Annadale, Virginia; a daughter, Gwendolyn Carrington of the home, a daughter-in-law, Marti; two grandchildren, Pierre II and Mariko; a great granddaughter, Maia; a brother, George Dennis and a sister, Barbara Faine of Cullen, Virginia; four sisters-in-laws, one brother-in-law, a devoted care-giver, Pauline Morton; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Andrews Baptist Church in Cullen with interment in the church cemetery.  Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com.  Arrangements are by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
