The Barksdale Cancer Foundation presented a check recently for $1,000 to Raegan Russell, who is the 2023 recipient of their annual scholarship. Raegan is a senior at Randolph-Henry High School and has been accepted to attend Longwood University. She will be pursuing a degree in the medical field.
