Dear Editor,

Just for the moment, think of A.I. as an incremental and an intermediate “building block” step up the evolutionary ladder of techno-progress and a necessary step in the right direction of human ingenuity and control over machines, and not the other way around. Information screams to be made available and shared in cyberspace, and not merely left to stagnate as rows of dusty books filling a library, because, point being, you cannot have a conversation with a book.

When humankind programs information via algorithms that is allowed to be shared on the internet through A.I. chat-bot sites, and the like, then everyone benefits by having universal availability to fresh knowledge, and that database of information, unlike a static book, is continually being added to, expanded and revised as humankind’s creative reach for new knowledge and understanding expands, and, resultantly, the world becomes a better place in which to live, grow, and evolve. For as humankind evolves, A.I. evolves and improves.

A.I.’s most important tool and creative educator is L.I., or Living Intelligence. Understand that knowledge and information does not exist apart from the human personality, or personalities, that knows it. May the battle of the bots begin.
