TAX SERVICE — The Tri-County Community Action Agency is offering free tax preparation services through the VITA program. To qualify, your 2022 adjusted gross income must be $59,100 or less. Current year personal income tax returns, business tax returns are limited. Federal and state tax returns will be e-filed by TCCAA. GUEST SPEAKER — Rev. Rosa Bedford will deliver the message during the 10 a.m. morning worship service at New Witt Church, located at 7469 Farmville Road in Farmville.

ANNIVERSARY SERVICE — Mossingford Baptist Church will celebrate their 158th anniversary during the service on Sunday, March 12. The event begins at 3 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Horace Parham as guest speaker.

FREE COMMUNITY BREAKFAST — There will be a free community breakfast given out on Saturday, March 18 at Mossingford Baptist Church by the Unity in Christ ministry. The meal begins at 10 a.m.

STEW FUNDRAISER — The Charlotte County Retired Teachers Association will sponsor a stew at Keysville Auto Center on Saturday, March 18. Stew will be ready for pickup at 11 a.m., at a cost of $8 a quart. Profits from this sale will be used for projects that benefit students in Charlotte County Public Schools.
