KEYSVILLE – Almost two years have passed since the Town of Keysville formed a 501c under Keysville Parks and Recreations. Recently the first organizational meeting was held and plans are moving forward. According to Keysville Mayor Steven Morris, the organization will be exploring opening up the Town’s lake area for recreational use.

“There are numerous possibilities, including walking trails, nature trails and even the potential for biking trails,” Morris said. “The group will also be looking at opening the lake back up as a paddle only facility.”
