David Levi Moore Jr., 69 of South Boston, formerly of Cullen, passed away on April 26, in South Boston. He was the son of David Moore Sr. and Ella Bates Moore.

David leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Antoine Hamlett; grandchildren; his parents, David Sr. and Ella Bates Moore; one sister, Olivia Moore; nieces, Michelle Moore, Navi and Justyn; nephew, Sharddi Moore; loyal friend, Preston Elam and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 30, at 11 a.m., at Jeffress Funeral Home Chapel in Brookneal, with interment in St. Andrews Baptist Church Cemetery in Cullen.
