CATTLE CONFERENCE — The Central Virginia Cattle Conference will be held Friday, March 25, at Knoll Crest Farm in Red House. The GPS Address is 167 Bull Hill Road, Concord. The conference will be from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Speakers include Dr. Vitor Mercadante DVM, Dr. John F. PARKING LOT SERVICE — The First Baptist Church of Wylliesburg, located at 770 Moody Creek Road in Wylliesburg will hold parking lot service on Sunday, April 3. Pastor Opie Terrell.

APRIL 9

BASIC COMPUTERS — Charlotte Learning Center, a nonprofit literacy organization, is offering a Basic Computers course to residents in and around Charlotte County. The course will run six weeks on Wednesdays starting April 9 from 1-3 p.m. at the center. The Center is located at 395 Thomas Jefferson Hwy, Suite B in Charlotte Court House. Space is limited. APRIL 24

COMMUNITY DAY — Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club (BSMC) will be holding a community day on Sunday, April 24, at 3 p.m. The event is being held at the Central High Museum located at 515 Thomas Jefferson Highway in Charlotte Court House. FALCONFEST FURNITURE AUCTION — The FalconFest Furniture Auction will be Saturday, May 14 at Fuqua School’s Gilmer Gym in Farmville. Preview will start at 9 a.m. The live auction begins at 10 a.m. The auctioneer is Jimmy Carwile, Carwile Auctions. All auction items donated by Green Front Furniture. This event is free and open to the public.
