Francis Melvin Snead Jr., of Richmond, passed away on Jan. 2, in Richmond. He was born on July 17, 1966. He was the son of Pattie J. Haskins Snead Northington and the late Francis Melvin Snead Sr.

Left to share beautiful memories of Francis are one daughter, Kianna S. Green (Samuel); two sons, Francis Melvin Snead III and Cole Snead; his loving mother, Pattie J. Haskins; a devoted brother, Dearrion G. Snead; grandson, Sam Green; brother-in-law, Hananiah Sharpe; along with a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 1 p.m., at Henry Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Randolph. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com.
