Ivan Lee Morton, 68 of Richmond, passed on Oct. 8, in Richmond. He was the son of the late Veasy A. Morton and Mildred Lee Wiggins.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of thirty-six years, Yvonne Cochran Morton; two sons, Jonathan and Matthew; grandson, Bryan; mother-in-law, Christine Cochran and a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m., at St. Louis Baptist Church lawn in Charlotte Court House with interment at Cochran Family Cemetery in Cartersville. Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 15, from 2 – 6 p.m., at the funeral home in Brookneal. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com.
