Edgar Junior Mosley, also known as “Dick”, 80 of Keysville, passed away on Aug. 16, in Lynchburg. He was the son of the late Jordan Mosley and Carrie Thompson Mosley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, David Warren Mosley and James Patrick Mosley and two brothers, Willie “Buck Sam” Mosley and Henry “Red” Mosley.

He is survived by his wife, Quency I. Mosley; two sons, Edgar R. Mosley and Mark A. Mosley; grandchildren; great grandchildren; three sisters, Louise Atkinson, Edna Tucker and Alice Boise; two brothers, Arthur “Pony” Mosley and Steve “PeeWee” Mosley and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 28, at 1 p.m. at Mossingford Baptist Church Cemetery in Saxe. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com. Arrangements are by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
