Authorities searching for missing teen

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 14-year-old missing juvenile from the Keysville area.

According to investigators, Gracie Buchanan was last seen Saturday, July 3. Buchanan was reported missing Sunday, July 4, and is believed to have left her home in the early morning hours.

As of Tuesday, July 6, investigators said they had no leads as to her whereabouts.

According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, Buchanan was living with her grandparents at the time of her disappearance.

Buchanan is described as a white female, 5-0, 140 pounds. She has pierced ears, brown hair, brown eyes and goes by the nickname “Sugar Boogie.”
