Four fire departments participated in a training class Thursday, June 17, at the Drakes Branch Fire and Rescue Department. Firefighters trained on vehicle fires, accidents, and extrication. In addition to Drakes Branch, members from Charlotte Court House, Keysville and Red House fire departments attended. Backwood’s Towing and Recovery of Drakes Branch provided the vehicles for the training. Above, Will Brown works to remove a car door during the training class.
