Francis “Frank” Blackwell Cook, 75 of Charlotte Court House, entered into eternal rest on April 21. He was the son of Lillie Diggs and the late Robert Earl Cook.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Douglas and David.

He is survived by his mother, Lillie R. Diggs of Charlotte Court House; four brothers, Irvin Cook (Charlie) of Winter Haven, Florida, Xavier Cook (Karmen) of Kalamazoo, Michigan, French Cook of Richmond and Orenthal Diggs (OJ) of Tampa, Florida; sister, Brenda D. Haskins (Michael) of Charlotte Court House; sister-in-law, Deborah Cook of East Orange, New Jersey and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 27, at noon at Union Cemetery in Charlotte Court House.

Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
