Mrs. Cheryl Diane Jenkins Hicks, age 57, of Charlotte Court House, passed away on April 10, 2020 in Charlotte Court House. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Curtis Alphonso Jenkins and Mrs. Irene Gee Jenkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Stephen Agnew, Jr.; brothers, Conway Jenkins and Curtis Jenkins Jr.; grandparents, Mr. John and Mrs. Mildred Gee; father-in-law, Mr. William L. Hicks; mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary J. Hicks; two brothers-in-law, Billy Wilbourne and Charlie Johnson; and one sister-in-law, Annie Perry.

She is survived by her husband, Edward H. Hicks; one daughter, Rhonda Agnew (Stephen); one son, Robert Jenkins (Jamie); one step-son, Edward Hicks Jr. (LaKeisha); four step-daughters, Cherry Booker, Sherry Eanes, Tiffany Hicks (Jennifer Helton), Sharniece Pulliam; two sisters, Linda Jenkins and Sheron Jenkins; two brothers, Kenneth Jenkins (April) and Marcus Jenkins; three nephews, Carlos Jenkins (Cortnei), Shawn Allen (Emily), Khari Jenkins; three nieces, Venita Jenkins, Kendra McIver (Tommy), Krystal Jenkins; seventeen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Baptist Church in Cullen with interment in the church cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www. jeffressfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are by Jeffress Funeral Home, Inc. of Charlotte Court House.
