Randolph-Henry High School (R-H) baseball’s Staff Member of the Month Wallace Stokes throws out the first pitch before a recent Statesmen game. In conjunction with the school’s Student of the Month program, the R-H baseball program hosts its own Faculty Member of the Month program. Each R-H baseball
player voted for a faculty member that has impacted their journey at the school. Students also wrote comments on why the faculty member they selected should earn the right to be honored. Stokes, the May honoree, is a Charlotte County bus driver and paraprofessional. Students noted that Stokes always
has their back, and if they need anything, they can always ask him. He also always knows how to put a smile on their faces by telling and playing jokes. Lastly, he is a hardworking man and sets a good example for how everyone should live their lives.
